Laura Sides was a middle school science teacher before following her passions in real estate. Having no experience or knowledge flipping, buying, and or selling houses, Laura learned as she went. Her first flip was intended to be her first Airbnb, but she quickly learned that she could sell this property for profit; thus, her first flipped house was on the market. After three years in this industry, Laura has flipped eight houses, owns two Airbnb properties, and created her business, Sides Investing. Now, she has the knowledge of real estate investing, buying property, selling houses, financing her projects, maintaining two Airbnbs, and so much more!
